Junior Leasing Agent Description
Dominus Commercial, Inc., a growing commercial real estate firm is seeking a Brokerage Assistant to join our Dallas office. Primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to a group of Tenant and Landlord Representation brokers. You will enjoy a variety of work: research, marketing, financial analysis, operational and administrative functions. We are seeking a highly motivated team player who brings orientation to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused and entrepreneurial team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform market research and trend analysis, as requested.
Leverage industry and company systems and subscriptions for research projects as assigned, including gathering building/contact/industry information for map layers, presentations, and proposals.
Leverage templates to create email and mail communications, client proposals, ranging from standard pitches to larger, more intensive proposals.
Create marketing deliverables, such as case studies, proposals, RFPs, client presentations, custom property marketing, etc.
Perform lease administration work on behalf of sales team for key clients.
Contact internal and external resources for information.
Perform occasional financial modeling and analysis.
Maintain company databases to track prospects, clients and deal information.
Perform ad hoc administrative functions that support the business and revenue generation within the sales team.
Assert discretion and professionalism when given access to confidential and/or private information.
Perform final reviews of all externally-focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work with no errors or omissions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
2 years of experience in a professional company environment.
Commercial real estate experience and/or marketing background a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Adobe, CoStar, Loopnet, Google Earth, and CRM.
Knowledge in reading and abstracting leases and operating statements
Ability to learn new mapping, graphics or industry specific software.
Strong time management skills and ability to work within a dynamic environment.
Professional demeanor and presentation.
Database development and maintenance skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and present complicated information clearly and accurately.

Generating leads and uncovering high-value opportunities
Inbound and/or outbound telesales activities for inbound and outbound leads
Supporting the sales process by managing administrative elements
Communicating our business model to potential clients in an impactful way and demonstrating why a meeting with Dominus would be beneficial to their business
Preparing and sending strategic e-mails to prospective clients, specific to their business and/or legal needs, to generate interest in meeting with Dominus
Successfully diagnosing the client’s key business needs, where possible to ensure a high quality of interaction in the first meeting with brokers
Works to achieve monthly sales-qualified lead goals driving interest in Dominus services
Learns and utilizes organized lead processes, maintaining data-quality standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
0 to 2 years of work experience within a fast-paced organization; ideally, although not a requirement, a minimum of 6 months experience in a sales/new business support function (inside sales, prospecting, sales support)
TREC license a plus
Goal and action orientation with ability and desire to work towards revenue targets
Highly persuasive verbal communication skills with excellent written communication skills

Active Texas Real Estate License
