Terri is a seasoned operations and IT professional with over 30 years of experience across a diverse background spanning banking, airline, hospitality, and commercial real estate industries. Her journey has been marked by her ability to adapt to new challenges and deliver results in complex environments.
Over the years, Terri has contributed to a variety of sectors. At Hewlett Packard, Terri managed a complex IT transition project in Brazil, successfully navigating language and time zone challenges. While at Electronic Data Systems, she contributed to a national project team that implemented one of the early single sign-on tools in the 1990s. She began her corporate journey in banking, working her way up from bank teller to a position in the nationwide IT department. This experience, coupled with her time as a pilot scheduler, has equipped her with a keen understanding of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Terri’s passion for hospitality emerged when she combined her administrative, operational, and management skills with her love of food. In 2019, she transitioned into Commercial Real Estate, where her diverse expertise found a perfect fit at Dominus Commercial, a place that quickly felt like home.
Known for her drive, motivation, and dedication to employee development, Terri is a hands-on leader who fosters a positive and productive work culture. Her commitment to results and willingness to go above and beyond have earned her the nickname "The Handler." Terri's "get it done" attitude ensures that no task is beneath her, and she’s always ready to step in and assist, cultivating a work environment where team members feel supported and empowered to succeed.
